Ms. Fernandez was born in New York City in 1970. She is admitted to practice law in New York State and Federal Courts.

 

Ms. Fernandez joined Garbarini & Scher in 1999 and became a Member of the firm in 2004. She handles matters in all of the firms practice areas, trying several cases each year. She also manages the defense of many of the firms toxic tort cases, including cases in the New York City Asbestos Litigation and the Multi-District Breast Implant Litigation.

 

She is the team leader for our Workers Compensation/Employer’s Liability team. She is a frequent visiting moot court judge at Fordham University School of Law and is fluent in Spanish.
