Christopher C. Garitee
Christopher C. Garitee joined Garbarini & Scher, PC in 2017 after having founded and managed a general practice law firm in New Rochelle, NY for approximately two years. He has an eclectic background with experience in corporate law, securities litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, civil litigation, trial, and administrative proceedings. At Garbarini & Scher, PC, he handles a wide range of matters commensurate with his experience as a general practitioner, although he primarily focuses on personal injury defense and premises liability cases.
Mr. Garitee earned his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York, College at Cortland, cum laude, in Political Science and earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA, completing his degree in Nice, France. While attending law school, Mr. Garitee sat on the board of directors of the San Diego Republican Lawyers Association.
Mr. Garitee is a Member of the Village of Tuckahoe Zoning Board of Appeals and is the founder and president of the Westchester County Chapter of the Republican National Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Order of the Sons of Italy, the American Bar Association, and the Westchester County Bar Association. Additionally, he has volunteered on multiple political campaigns ranging from judicial races to presidential races in New York, California, Nevada, and New Hampshire.
Separate from his responsibilities at Garbarini & Scher, PC, and his involvement in the community, Mr. Garitee is an artist who makes and sells acrylic paintings, pen and ink pointillism pieces, and color pencil portraits.
