Ms. Levinson was born in Syracuse, New York in 1950. She is admitted to practice law in New York State and Federal Courts.

Ms. Levinson joined Garbarini & Scher in 1977 and became a Member of the firm in 1983. She is the President of the firm and is active in the development of the firm’s attorneys supervising the defense of the firm’s medical malpractice case load.

Ms. Levinson, a Senior Trial Attorney, personally handles and tries several high exposure medical malpractice cases and general liability cases each year. She also participates in Risk Management for

several metropolitan area health care institutions.

Ms. Levinson is currently a Member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
